Argosy required a centralised energy management system to improve visibility across its commercial property portfolio and support its NABERSNZ and Green Star goals.

Quasar delivered a portfolio-wide monitoring solution using Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ Power Monitoring Expert and PowerLogic meters, allowing properties to be added progressively as they became ready.

Argosy needed a practical way to view and compare energy data across multiple buildings, tenants, and property types.

The system needed to support sustainability reporting, identify abnormal usage, and provide meaningful data for setting energy reduction targets.

The Solution

Quasar configured a consolidated energy management platform tailored to Argosy’s requirements.

The system provides near real-time dashboards and reports, with data categorised by whole building, tenant, base building, location, and property type. Energy information can also be normalised by floor area and workstation to support portfolio benchmarking.
